Against North Carolina Central, UAB won 860-764. Long earned her second score over 200, leading the team with a 205. The Blazers closed out the day with a 799-733 win over
Individually, three Blazers finished in the top 15 after bowling in all five games. Long earned her best finish of the season after taking third with a total pinfall of 989 for an average of 197.8 per game. She bowled two games over 200, including a team-high 234, to lead the Blazers.
Mellott also earned her best finish of the season in 11th place. She had a total pinfall of 852 for an average of 170.4. Junior Marissa Ferreira earned a 13th place finish with a total of 842 to average 168.4 on the day.
