Rifle Set For Saturday Match

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The UAB rifle team will travel to Spartanburg, S.C. to compete at Wofford this Saturday. The Blazers will participate in the air rifle portion.
UAB recently opened the spring season at Murray State and UT Martin. Against Murray State, the Blazers posted a team total of 2241. Freshman Selina Curren led the team with a 574 score, which included four targets with a 96.
UAB then traveled up to UT Martin for a match on Saturday. The Blazers finished with a 2198 total as freshman Sarah Grace Banks led the team with a 578, including a perfect 100 in on the fifth target. She finished with four rounds above 95.
