Blazers Finish Regular Season at the Crimson Classic

TUSCALOOSA – The Blazer Cross Country team concludes the Crimson Classic with a 21st place finish overall. The Green and Gold finished with one personal best achievement, concluding the final meet of the regular season before preparing for the 2023 AAC Cross Country Championships.
The Blazers finished with a top-50 finish in Katie Keur, the first Blazer to cross the finish line. Kyra Hayes followed up, along with Sangie Lincoln-Velez, who set a personal best with a 23.13.7. She bested her prior record by over a minute.
The final Blazers at the finish would be Lidia Longo, Anna Behmer, Lia Castillo, and Gracie Sears.
