UAB Women's Soccer Receives United Soccer Coaches 2022-23 College Team Academic Award

BIRMINGHAM - United Soccer Coaches announced on Wednesday the College Team Academic Award winners, recognized for their exemplary performance in the classroom during the 2022-23 academic year.
UAB finished the academic year with a 3.67 GPA.
A total of 812 soccer teams (313 men, 499 women) posted a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher, thereby earning the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for the 2022-23 academic year. Of that total, 183 schools had both their men's and women's programs recognized.
United Soccer Coaches annually celebrates the academic achievements of teams whose student-athletes collectively demonstrate a commitment to excellence in their studies over the course of a full academic year.
2022-23 United Soccer Coaches High School Team Academic Award Winners will be announced on August 31, 2023.
The Blazers open the 2023 season Thursday night at 7pm against Georgia Southern at PNC Field.

Women's Soccer season tickets are available for $65 by purchasing the 2023-24 Gold Card. The Gold Card will allow you to gain access to all home events for Women's Soccer, Men's Soccer, Volleyball, Women's Basketball, Softball, and Baseball (Regions Field & Young Memorial). This card is not valid for American Athletic Conference or NCAA Championship events.
