Volleyball Hosts Houston And TCU This Weekend At Bartow Arena

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The UAB volleyball team (8-13, 1-9 Conference USA) will host a pair of Conference USA matches this weekend at Bartow Arena. Friday, UAB will face Houston (10-8, 7-2 C-USA) at 7 p.m. and Sunday, the Blazers take on TCU (6-14, 2-7 C-USA) at 2 p.m.
UAB is coming off a 3-0 victory over Troy State Tuesday at Bartow Arena. Houston, currently on a five-match C-USA winning streak, is coming off a 3-0 home victory over Charlotte last Saturday. In TCU's last match, the Horned Frogs fell to East Carolina 3-2 last Saturday in Forth Worth, Texas.
Tickets to each match are $5 for adults, $2 for children ages 2-12, children under 2 are admitted free and UAB students are admitted free with a valid student ID.
