NCAA Baseball Selection Show Event Monday Morning

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ----- The UAB baseball team, which captured the Conference USA Championship Sunday at Pearl, Miss., will gather to watch the 2012 NCAA Championship Selection Show Monday, May 28 in the Green and Gold Room in Bartow Arena.
The announcement of this year's NCAA field will be broadcast live at 11:00 a.m. CT on ESPNU.
The event Monday is open to the public. Guests are asked to use the 13th Street entrance to Bartow Arena with doors opening at 10:45 a.m.
UAB will be making its first appearance in the NCAA Baseball Championship since the 1991 season.
The Blazers defeated Memphis, 5-0, in the C-USA championship game Sunday afternoon to earn the berth in the NCAA Tournament.
