Women's Golf In 18th At Le Triomphe

BROUSSARD, La. ---- Senior Caitlin Watts fired a four-over par, 76, to move into a tie for 21st place on the individual leaderboard at the Le Triomphe Collegiate Invitational on Monday.
UAB is currently at No. 18 in the team standings after improving by 12 strokes on Monday. The Blazers have fired a team total 672 in two rounds at the Le Triomphe Country Club.
Louisiana Monroe still leads the field with a team total of 599. Host McNeese State is in a tie for fifth place with a 622. Individually, ULM's Alison Knowles leads the 94-player field with a three-under par, two round total of 141.
The final round of the Le Triomphe Collegiate Invitational will begin with an 8 a.m. shotgun start on Tuesday.
