Men's Tennis Travels to Face Furman, Wofford

BIRMINGHAM – UAB men's tennis (4-2) will look to continue its winning streak after coming out on top in each of the last four matches. The Blazers will travel to South Carolina to face off with Furman and Wofford on Saturday and Sunday, respectively.
The Blazers will begin the weekend against Furman in Greenville on Saturday afternoon at 1 p.m. CT before traveling to Spartanburg to take on Wofford at 12 p.m. CT on Saturday.
Michal Lusovsky has starred for the Blazers early in the season, holding a perfect 5-0 record in singles play and a 4-1 record in doubles with Georgios Nouchakis. Lusovsky has needed a third set in singles play only once so far this season while playing primarily on Court One and Court Two.
Another Blazer that has jumped out to an impressive start is sophomore Noah Malige. He also holds a 5-0 singles record early in the season while playing on Court 5 and Court 6.
Vojtech Podzemny has come on of late, winning three singles matches in a row on Court 3.
