UAB Men’s Tennis to Travel to Florida for Trio of Matches

BIRMINGHAM – UAB men's tennis (6-6) will face Florida Gulf Coast and UNC Asheville in Fort Myers this weekend in a pair of matches before facing South Florida on Tuesday in Tampa.
The Blazers split their two matches in Auburn on Tuesday, falling 7-0 to the Tigers and downing Mississippi Valley State, 7-0. Chase Parker and Kaustubh Holcomb picked up their first singles wins of the season against the Delta Devils.
UAB will look to get back above .500 after winning five of seven matches to open the season. The Blazers are 5-1 when winning the doubles point.
