Women’s Tennis Travels to Mississippi State on Sunday

BIRMINGHAM – The UAB women's tennis (2-1) travels to Mississippi State (4-0) on Sunday, February 2. First Serve is set for 11 a.m. CT.
The Blazers defeated Alabama State 6-1 last Sunday for their first road win of the season.
UAB claimed the doubles points with Nera Tesankic and Mackenzie White earned a win on Court 2. Klara Kajabova and Kristyna Damaskova clinched the doubles point on Court 3.
The Blazers won five of the six singles courts in the match, including a three-set thriller on Court 4. Kajabova took the first set 6-1, before falling 6-4 in the second. Kajabova took the match with a 10-5 tiebreaker win in the third set.
