American Conference Weekly Honors: Tony Kim

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Tony Kim earned another American Conference weekly honor following UAB's conference victory over South Florida, earning Honorable Mention recognition after scoring the game-winning goal.
Kim found the back of the net off assists from Noah Wanzer and Gael Zackrisson to secure the 3-2 victory over USF. The goal was Kim's fourth of the season and his third game-winning goal, tying him for the national lead in game-winning goals.
The victory marked UAB's third consecutive win, the first three-game winning streak for the Blazers since the 2018 season. UAB opened the season with a draw and a loss before winning three straight matches.
UAB returns to action tomorrow night when the Blazers host Central Arkansas at 7 p.m. at PNC Field.
