"I was very pleased with how we competed this weekend at the Stanford Invitational and San Francisco State Distance Carnival," UAB associate coach Matt Esche said. "It was exciting to see the ladies competing for the win in every race we were entered. A lot was accomplished and it will set us up extremely well for a tremendous rest of the outdoor track season."
UAB returns to action March 8 when the Blazers travel to Auburn, Ala., to take part in the Auburn Invitational.
