BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The UAB men's soccer team opens its 2026 campaign on Thursday night against Lipscomb at PNC Field. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. This marks the fifth time in the last six seasons that UAB has opened the season at home. UAB will host 10 home games this season, with five of its first six contests being played at PNC Field.

UAB holds a 4-1-2 all-time record against Lipscomb, with the most recent meeting coming in 2019, when the two teams played to a 1-1 double-overtime draw in Birmingham. UAB won the first three meetings in 2007, 2010, and 2012.
