BIRMINGHAM, Ala. –The UAB men's soccer team (3-1-1) returns to action against Central (4-1-1) Arkansas on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. at PNC Field.
The Blazers enter the matchup following a thrilling 3-2 victory over South Florida on Friday night at PNC Field. UAB built a 2-0 lead behind second-half goals from Lucas Rizzo and Lucas Nordin before the Bulls scored twice in the final eight minutes to even the match. With only 44 seconds remaining, Tony Kim found the back of the net off assists from Noah Wanzer and Gael Zackrisson to secure the victory. The goal was Kim's fourth of the season and his third game-winner, tying him for the national lead in game-winning goals.
