The Blazers look to carry that momentum into Tuesday night's game.

Shelton sits at a 1-2 record and a 5.95 ERA after he has allowed a total of 15 runs – 13 earned – on 23 hits with an opposing batter's average of .291. Shelton threw three and a third innings during his last outing versus Mississippi – striking out four and allowing five runs on seven hits.
ALABAMA CRIMSON TIDE
Alabama won its first SEC series win over the Auburn Tigers this past weekend taking the Saturday and Sunday games. The Tide posted a combined 10 runs over those two games off 14 hits. The Crimson Tide remains undefeated in mid-week games with the most recent win over Southern Miss after shutting out the Golden Eagles by a score of 13-0.
